What Causes Burning Sensation In The Abdomen After Taking Contiflo XL?
Hi Dr Andrew, good morning my dad was diagonized of prostrate disorder and his Doctor recommended contiflo xl for him. this he has been taking for almost 3 years now. but he is still complaining of heat sensation around his lower right abdomen. What could be done about this as it doesn t allow him to sleep well mostly at nights.

He should continue taking his medications but I believe He might need to go for an invasive procedure (TURP), but before that I suggest you go for his uroflow test to check the flow of urine. If he has obstructive symptoms then surgery is the best option for him.
