Hi,

Phenyl consumption may won't cause face pigmentation. it may gives its effects immediately by stomach erosion, metabolic acidosis, renal and renal failure. Please consult your doctor for riboflavin deficiency or niacin deficiency or photosensitivity or anemia, etc.

He will examine and treat you accordingly. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
