What Causes Burning Sensation In The Back?

i'am 27 years old before 8 years i take madicine for TB the cugh and fever it is ok but the back pain still have even can't sleep by back b/c if sleep they have hotness( like flame) and also may skin is sensetive to sun and also now i take madicine for TB the pain also have but the spinal cord it is ok so do have anther treatment pls advise me
