What Causes Burning Sensation In The Belly After Having Placentrex?

i am feeling burning sensation in my belly since last three days. i was injected with placentrex injection every alternate days for 10 doses from 16.03.11 to 05.04.11
my last lmp was 06.03.11
pl advise whether burning sensation any aftereffects of the injection?
