What Causes Burning Sensation In The Body After Using Canesten?

Thinking I had Thrush I used A canestin type product. The 3-day one with internal pearls and extrernal cream. My symptoms weren’t too bad before but now I feel Like I am On fire from the inside out. I got In the shower to try and rinse I‎t off and I‎t didn’t help! Is this normal or could I be having an allergic reaction?

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to an allergic reaction. I suggest you to stop using it and use a Calming lotion for local relief. If you don't get better, then take oral antihistamines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
