What Causes Burning Sensation In The Chest Post Swimming?

Hi I am 35 y/o female. I was at swim lessons last night and breathed in a lot of water. I was ok shortly after. I woke up feeling a bit out of it. Now i have a burn in my chest, a little confusion and some shortness of breathe. I am not sure if I should be concerned

I think you might have inhaled water.

Do measure your blood pressure, and sugar levels, and record the results.

Try to keep well hydrated, avoid dry air. Do breathe fresh air.

If the symptoms will get worse, then, should consult further with your caring doctor.
