Hello

After going through your medical details I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that your symptoms are suggestive of Angina on exertion which requires proper evaluation.

It’s recommended for you to get basic cardiac evaluation, which includes ECG, Echocardiography and Treadmill Test and consult a physician with reports for further treatment.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
