Hi,

Vitamin B12 is slightly reduced. Vitcofol injection will help. This is a vitamin essential for normal nerve function plus production of red blood cells. Deficiency means vitamin B12 is lower than normal explaining the burning issue on your sole and chest.

However, I'd check other vitamins levels including vitamin D, magnesium, zinc, calcium levels. Diabetes test should be also run together with examination of your upper digestive tract to rule out acid reflux. Good examination of spine would rule out compression of spine nerves.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
