What Causes Burning Sensation In The Ears After Cleaning It With Hydrogen Peroxide?
My child has a bright yellow/lime green discharge coming from ears as of today. She says it feel like liquid is stuck inside and having trouble hearing. Planning on going to Doc in the morning. I decided to put hydrogen peroxide in her ears and clean them a bit. She says it really burns and started crying. Why would it burn? Should I go to ER or wait until morning?

As per your history he has discharge from ear and you have cleaned in peroxide solutions so no problem at all add a drop neomycin + hydrocortisone+polymyxin.B 3 times a day .Give ciprofloxacin oral for 5 days,add paracetamol oral if there is pain and after infection control s use an anti fungal ear drop clotrimazole 1% .
