What Causes Burning Sensation In The Inner Thighs And Groin Area?

I have a burning sensation in my inner thigh and groin area but no rash or itch just burning. It’s majority on the right side but every now and then on the left. It’s not constant, usually if I’m moving it’s okay when I sit it start to burn.
Also tip of my urethra burns after I pee, doesn’t burn while I pee. Also some pain like something is in the urethra but nothing ever comes out besides pee. No discharge, sores or blisters.

Burning in the inner thigh started first and then the urethra. I had a urine test came back negative waiting on blood test.

Hi,

It can be due to fungal infection like tinea. As a first line of management you can apply topical anti fungal ointments like Clotrimazole for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist, you can consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query.
