What Causes Burning Sensation In The Knee?

Hello...I have had a knee replacement 3 months ago I am still suffering from severe burning sensations and is very painfull. What can be the cause after such a long period in my recovery. Doctor has requested no physio, total rest, however still no improvement....inflammation??....why?...what else Thanks

it is normal. physiotherapy can be continued.along with physio therapy cantake analgesic like hifenac and use knee cap.
