What Causes Burning Sensation In The Left Nipple After Swimming?

So I had swimming practice and while I was at practice my left nipple was hard and it bothered just a bit and after swimming i went to work but after I felt my nipple burn and when I got home I checked and it was wet like water and after my right nipple started burning but not as bad as thr left

It can be due to fungal infection or irritation. Using creams containing antifungal agents like miconazole antibacterial like neomycin and corticosteroid like betamethasone will be helpful.
