What Causes Burning Sensation In The Legs And Chest?

I feel like I m burning up literally on the inside, I m weak, tried and can only sleep in a easy chair. no fever or chills no cough just heat. It starts in my legs and moves up to my chest. It can last up to a week or more. Ive t told my doctor, no idea...can you help

Hello,

For this problem, primarily check your B12 level and thyroid problem by serum TSH estimation. Gastritis and acidity problem also should be checked. According to the cause, specific treatment is given.

If vitamin B12 is low, then injection or tablet for that can be prescribed. Consult the physician for further examination.
