What Causes Burning Sensation In The Lower Abdomen?

i have burning sensation on mylower abdomen with pain on my navel and movement of a wormlike object within the stomach area and my waist cursing severe pain at the waist region for over a year now i have gone for several treatment to no avail. could you please tell me what to do, as this has led to many miscarriages.
