What Causes Burning Sensation In The Mid Torso After A Gall Bladder Surgery?

I have a burning-stabbing pain in right mid torso that s worse if I cough or sneeze. Recently had surgery to repair spigilean hernia??? I may have misspelled that? And also gallbladder surgery but still have pain. Am I just crazy? I really feel it but can t figure out what it is. It hurts too much to ignore.

There can be various issues with mid torso burning after a gall bladder removal as
- Acute gastritis with stomach upset
- Chronic gastritis with gastric or duodenal ulcer
- H.Pylori infection
- Bile build up in liver with secondary changes in intestines
- Narrowing of biliary tract
- Liga clip referred pain (if laparoscopic surgery done)
- Internal adhesions at gall bladder fossa region
- Stress or anxiety induced gastritis
