What Causes Burning Sensation In The Penis After Intercourse?

Hi, I recently had unprotected sex with a girl. During intercourse I noticed that she was tight, but after ejaculation I washed my penis with hand soap several times. The day after I continued washing with laundry soap until now. The problem is I feel that my penis is burning me most of the time, I d like to know if it s a probable bacterial infection or STD or just reaction to the soap. Thanks

Hi, I think you should go for a urine routine and microscopy and a culture. It can be due some urine infections. Drink around 3 to 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser.
