What Causes Burning Sensation In The Penis During Urination?

I have a burning sensation when I urinate or ejaculate and my penis is swollen. The burning started just with urination, but now it burns all the time. I went to a doctor and they said it was not a UTI. I do not believe it s an STD as we have both been faithful.
