What Causes Burning Sensation In The Penis During Urination?
(Male)I went to the doctor about a 10 days ago because it burned when I peed and I had discharge coming from my penis I got tested for stds and they came back negative, they told me I had a UTI and put me on a 10 day cycle of cipro (500 mg every 12 hours)but I m still having discharge from the penis what does this mean?

It means that you didn't get cured from infection by Levofloxacin treatment. You should do an uroculture and it will show the kind of bacteria which is causing it and kind of antibiotics which you have to take to get rid of it. Meanwhile take Advil for pain. Drink cranberry juice and tea.
