General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi dear it is suggestive of urinary infection mostly due to retention of urine so follow this advise:
1) Do not delay in voiding, have plenty of fluids
2) Get the Urine culture and microscopic examination done to know the exact microorganism
3) Maintain proper hygiene and regular washing of the private parts
4) Antibiotics Moxclav will help in treating infection and tab ibuprofen will help in relief of associated symptoms
Hope this information helps and if problem persists then clinical examination and Pelvic USG is advisable
Thanks and regards
