What Causes Burning Sensation In The Penis Head?

I had unprotected sex over two months ago, within the past few days ive developed a stinging/burning sensation at the tip of my penis with a clear discharge. The stinging isn t always there. Is it possible this could be an STI or is it more likely something else?

Urologist 's  Response
Hi,

Most probably if it does not go away and it came a few weeks after the intercourse then it may be an STD. The best thing to do is get a culture swab from the penile tip and get it tested.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Manuel C See IV,
Urologist
