Greetings
Welcome to healthcaremagic.
There complains you are have points to one of the 2 possibilities. Hemorrhoids or anal fissure.
As far as Hemorrhoids are concerned , it is very common problem and may result in pain around the anus. But there will be something coming out of the anus while defecation but then will go back in. This is when there are either large or external hemorrhoids. Bleeding in some cases might happen when the blood vessels start to leak.
Secondly is the anal fissure which is a small cut on the inside of the anus which is why you are having the burning sensation. This is due to long term constipation. It may also bleed and the burning sensation and pain is increased during defecation.
For both of the problems , if they are not advanced enough requiring surgery(your physician can tell you about that after examining thoroughly), relieving constipation is best relief and prevention. For which different solutions can be used like Ispaghol husk, Lactulose syrup etc. In case of anal fissure or bleeding hemorrhoids pyodine baths are very important for its healing. It is simply sitting into a bucket of warm water with some pyodine mixed in it .

Therefore it is advised to visit your physician or a general surgeon who will examine you and advise you the best solution.

I hope the answer was helpful. In case you need any further help feel free to contact us in writing .
