What Causes Burning Sensation In The Scrotum And Flaky Scrotal Skin?

I woke up one day with a burning feeling on my scrotum. it was very disturbing. later that day, I noticed a red patch began to form, this developed into a wound sort of. Now it feels like my scrotum is burning every time i touch it. This happened on the right side. The left side however became every dry and flaky, and could use my fingers to scratch off the skin. Later on the tip of my penis hurt whenever I touched it. it almost looked like it s swollen it s burnt sort of with black spots on it. This morning I tried to pee but it wasn t even coming out properly because the tip of my penis swole up, it doesn t hurt when I pee though. But the worst part is still the burning on my scrotum, and the wound that has become so obvious now. I m really scared and I don t know what s going on. what could this be a result of?
