Hi,

If your lipid function tests, ECG, Echo, stress tests, etc are normal than fine but stay connected to your treating doctor. If you feel dizzy along with symptoms like shortness of breath, sweaty clammy skin, nausea, chest pain, you should immediately report to the treating doctor. You may need medical attention.

Other causes of such pain & discomfort are gastritis, GERD, Indigestion, Lactose intolerance, Acid reflux, etc. Get physically examined. In the meantime, you can take antacids, PPI's like Pantoprazole, Rabeprazole, etc. Take fiber in your diet, avoid constipation, Stay well hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
