General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You have gastritis for which you can take a PPI like pantoprazole and some antacid gel. Avoid tea, coffee, spicy and junk food.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
