What Causes Burning Sensation In The Stomach?

I have an acidy burning feeling in my stomach that is almost constant. I m also having very frequent bowel movements. Usually diarrhea. Especially mid-meal. I burp excessively. It is much worse when reclining or laying down. Occasionally it causes me to vomit. That seems to be more frequent of late. I eat antacids like candy and experience very limited short term relief.
