What Causes Burning Sensation In The Toes?

I have developed hot burning toes in the past year. These symptoms come and go. At time I think it’s what I eat that day, spicey food, etc. other times I think I may be allergic to the rubber on my flip flops ( we live in Fl)..this hot burning feet thing isn’t constant

As per your case history of burning sensation on toes, my treatment advice is -

1. Take good nutritious diet full of green leafy vegetables and milk.
2. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream on toes twice daily.
3. Take a vitamin B12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
