What Causes Burning Sensation In The Torso During Physical Exercise?

I am having a burning sensation like hot pins in my torso when I exercise. It started a few days ago. There is no sign of a rash. I am 57 and walk briskly. I recently wore a weighted vest to build strength and after a half mile my skin was on fire. Could I have shingles without a rash?

hello dear.
its not shingles.
Its due to increased blood flow to the feet during exercise.
Its perfectly normal but i would like to have your blood sugar checked.
It can be due to vitamin B12 deficiency but that happens everytime ,not only during exercise so i believe its totally normal :-) hope it will help
