General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Burning sensation in urethra most commonly by urinary tract infection.
Other causes like prostatitis, infection and any mass in the urinary tract should be rule out.
I would suggest to consult urologist and undergo urethral swab test, culture and antibiotic sensitivity test, USG scan, serum PSA to confirm cause.
Specific treatment depend on cause
Syrup cital
Antibiotic should be taken according to antibiotic sensitivity report
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
