General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Burning sensation in the vagina could be a urinary tract infection or vaginal infection or vulvovaginitis or contact dermatitis.
Vaginal examination, vaginal swab test and urine tests by consulting the gynecologist help in diagnosis.
Doctor will give following advises according to cause:
UTI: Tablet septran DS, tablet nitrozolium and pyridium
Vaginal infection:
Vaginal suppository like clingen and lactobacillus
Wear pure cotton loose undergarments
Wash vagina with warm salted water and then apply apple cidar vinegar
Maintain proper hygiene by using V vaginal wash.
Avoid excessive sweets in diet
Hope this may help you
