Hi,
What you have is possibly heart burn or gastritis. I would advice:
1. Decrease spicy foods
2. Cut down fast foods
3. Small frequent feeds
4. Avoid lying down soon after a heavy meal.
5. If these still don,t work you may get any antacid medication (Eg Tab.Ranitidine 150mg)that can be taken half an hour before food, which will bring down the symptom.
Hope I have answered your query. Feel free to write if you need further clarifications. Get well soon.
