What Causes Burning Sensation In Tongue After Oral Sex?

I am a 59 yr old male who has allowed been messing with independent female escorts for the past several months.......recently I had oral sex with one of these females as I have before, and my tongue is burning pretty badly.....I went to get a STD testing today and haven t heard anything from this blood and urine testing yet.....what could be the cause of the burning of the tongue?

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of burning sensation in tongue after oral sex which seems to be due to improper cleanliness of genitalis. It is not causative for STD. It could be strep throat. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to start with do warm saline gargles 3-4 times a day with lukewarm water. Start taking course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. If symptoms keeps on persisting visit ENT specialist once and get it examined and start proper course of antibiotics. You should maintain proper hygiene of genitalis before having oral sex. Take diet rich in fruits rich in vitamin C as it will boost your immunity.
