What Causes Burning Sensation In Vagina With White Discharge?
I have had burning in my vagina and strange white discharge for over a month now. I went to the doctor s a few weeks ago, and they diagnosed me with a UTI. It still hurts, and my mom is putting off me going to the gynecologist over and over. I am sexually active, but my mom thinks I ve stopped. What should I do?

Well...the symptoms that you have is typical of infection ..most probably it cannot be uti but infection of vagina called vaginitis which can be caused by bacterial or fungal infection. It could be candidiases (fungal infection) and it get better with topical antifungal drugs. You better should consult a gynaecologist.
