Hello,

Your symptoms are related to urinary tract and vaginal infections. You need to undergo the following tests to arrive at a specific diagnosis:
1) Complete urine examination
2) Urine for culture and sensitivity
3) A sample of vaginal discharge for testing

Treatment for urinary tract infection and vaginal infection is as follows:
1) Tab. Norflox twice daily for 3 days
2) Drink plenty of water
3) For bacterial vaginosis and trichomoniasis, Metronidazole 500mg twice daily orally for 5 days and Metrogyl cream to be applied in vagina
4) For vaginal candidiasis or yeast infection, tab. Fluconazole can be taken orally for 7 days and a vaginal cream of Miconazole or Clotrimazole are used.
5) Sometimes dryness of vagina can also lead to burning sensation. In that case, Evion vaginal creams helps reduce the symptoms.

If your problem persists even after the above mentioned treatment, please do consult a gynecologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
