Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be contact allergic dermatitis. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to apply mild steroid cream and to take a course of oral steroid in tapering dose. Also take antihistaminics like Desloratidine 5 mg daily till the itching is relieved. Avoid contact with soap.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
