What Causes Burning Sensation On Left Ovary?

I am experiencing bloating, fatigue, and light pink discharge, along with mild cramps. I missed my period last month. So, it is about 50 days since I ve had a period. 3 negative hpt s. Could it be endometriosis? I have been having a burning sensation on my left ovary, which I think could be a cyst. However, I have some discomfort with sex (during). Could I be pregnant?

It can be due to ovarian cyst, endometriosis and PCOD.

you should consult a gynaecologist and get your ultrasound pelvis done to rule out the cause.
