What Causes Burning Sensation On Shoulder And Upper Arm?

have burning and achy pain in left shoulder around rotator cuff area, and going into upper arm a little bit. It seems to come and go. I have had pleanty of test with my cardiologist, but nothing seemed to cause this from his standpoint.I do have atrial fib though. What could be causing this?
