What Causes Burning Sensation On The Face And Scrotum?

Three month s ago I was given a z pak for sinus issues. During this time I started to experience a burning/cold sensation in my scrotal area and had a hot sensation on my face. I also had a zit problem on my chest back and got diagnosed with folicuitis on my scalp. I wrote these irritations off as a consequence of changing laundry detergent. 2.5 months later the foliculatitus returned and my wife had two pill dose of azithromycin from a year ago so I took it. Long story short I woke in the middle of the night with numb lips a head to toe rash and my scrotal region was on fire. Here I am a month later. Hy hands and feet are no longer red. My face feels normal again but my private area is very uncomfortable. It doesn t hurt to pee. There are no sores. I am sensitive to cold weather Down there. It just simply feels weird/uncomfortable. Several doctors have looked and said everything looks fine. I did two weeks of a steroid for the hives and skin irritation and took lots of allergy meds but I m just not feeling better.
