What Causes Burning Sensation On The Hand Upon Lying Flat?
I have tingling /burning sensation in my right hand. Carpel tunnel problem or circulation problem? It goes away once I get up and get moving. Comes on after I go to bed and lay down , a few hours later it starts. I had an Aortic valve replaced with a synthetic valve 9 years ago. Carpel tunnel or circulation problem???

Its likely a carpel tunnel syndrome. You should get your thyroid levels tested.
You keep your oppose and press the flexed wrist against each other for few minutes and see if symptoms recurs called as phalens test. If it recurs, then it gives the diagnosis.
Have tab Neurobion forte once a day for 2 weeks.
