What Causes Burning Sensation On The Penis Tip?

hi,i have a burning sensation on the tip of my penis,no discharge,no feaver,no constipation,and i pee a lot like every hour.i have been to the clinic they took a swab and they said there is a bacteria infections but they didn t tell me what exactly it is .NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE RESULTS
