What Causes Burning Sensation On The Skin?

I have a burning sensation on my skin there is no visible irritation and I tried to apply a numbing spray and I could not stand that due to the pain. The area is is on my upper thomas by and radiates to the middle of my buttocks. I also have a weird rash on the front of my upper thigh.

Hi,

As per my clinical experience, the burning sensation on the skin indicates an underlying viral infection of the skin as there is a rash on the front of the thigh.

In my clinic, I recommend Cephalosporin group of antibiotics, an antihistamine like Benadryl, steroids as per the evaluation with local application creams of particular susceptibility.

Till that time, you can manage by applying aloe vera gel and take Ibuprofen for the burning.
