General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Since you are diabetic it is possible that you are experiencing the symptoms of diabetic neuropathy. Foot care is an essential part for diabetics and I would advise you to discuss it with your physician who may do some tests to see whether the symptoms are because of neuropathy.

You should also get your blood uric acid levels checked as gout is another cause of foot pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nazma.amman,
