What Causes Burning Sensation On The Tip Of The Penis?

I am a 55 year old male. I have been experiencing some burning sensation at the tip of my penis. Also when urinating I feel the same feeling. If I sit in a certain position its very uncomfortable. Have not had sex for a number of years, so I ve ruled out an STD. What am I experiencing?

Hi, I think you are having some urine infections. Get urine checked for routine and microscopy and a culture. You may need a ultrasound for your kidneys, ureter and bladder. Drink around 3 to 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser like syrup alkasol.
