What Causes Burning Sensation On Tip Of Penis Post Unprotected Sex?
I had unprotected oral sex with another man 2 weeks ago. Last 3 days my penis has been burning and stinging constantly at the tip. Inside the tip of my penis it looks like there is a raw spot and when I touch it, it really hurts. I will mention that before the encounter I was masturbating a lot, sometimes 4 hrs a day. I felt stinging in the head the day after the encounter and it went away in a couple of days. I have had blood and urine tests and am waiting for the results. I m wondering what could be causing the pain as I have a lot of anxiety over this. Could this be a friction injury inside the tip or an std and where do I go from here? Will this pain heal to a point where I can have sex again? Pain is distressing. And is light masturbation ok while this is going on? I m a male 26 and this was my first real encounter.
