General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The burning immediately after intercourse indicates vaginal erosion or abrasions from the penetrative sex most likely. My guidelines at present for better recovery:
- Ice application over vagina 3 - 4 times a day
- Vaginal hygiene care
- Avoid hair trimming till recovery
- No further sex till no complains of vaginal burning
- Analgesic as ibuprofen after meals
- Plenty of liquids for hydration maintenance

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
