What Causes Burning Sensation, Pain, Tingling Sensation And Numbness In Upper Right Abdomen?

For the past four days I have had the same pain,tingly,burning synsation,numbness on the top right half of my stomach and just now haave noticed lossing my appitite and some weight loss. I am morbidlliy obease as well so losing 10 ponuds is not all bad. But i am becoming more and more concerned.
