hi i am a cancer patient. i have been having a burning sensation under my left armpit next to the infected breast. It feels like a very thin cut which is burning. The entire armpit is not burning, its only this seemingly slight cut. what can this be

You may have metastatic breast carcinoma in ypur armpit lymphnodes. Or you may have just infection or inflammation. You should go for examination. If needed go for biopsy of that. It will give you exact diagnosis.
