General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

There might be a urinary tract infection (UTI). You need work up like urinalysis, urine culture and an abdominal ultrasound. The antibiotic course would be as per culture report. Time being, take plentiful oral fluids and cranberry. Maintain perineal hygiene.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajeet Singh, General & Family Physician
