What Causes Burning Sensation While Urinating With Unusual Discharge?

Hi, my boyfriend recently had symptoms like burning urination and strange discharge. He was already taking penicillin because he had strep throat not to long before these symptoms started. He thought he might have gotten chlamydia, and said the penicillin was helping his symptoms. So he gave me 2 penicillin to take, just incase if i did have an std, that maybe the antibiotic would help it. We both got tested and came back negative. Can taking those 2 penicillin make chlamydia a false negative, and it still be in my system if i do have it?

He must have contacted with urinary tract infection. Get his urine routine examination along with culture and sensitivity. Get treated with appropriate antibiotics. Keep well hydrated by consuming good amount of fluids.
