What Causes Burning Sensation While Urination With Normal Urine Test Result?

I have had a vulvar-outer vaginal Biopsy 4 months ago because of recurring vaginal yeast/ UTI s for 2 years. The Biopsy came back as a Leiomyoma- benign. No problems for 4 months nothing was done by my OBGYN for this diagnosis. He has felt a cyst in between my vaginal wall and rectum about a month ago. It was not able to be seen via Ultrasound. To eliminate all other possibilities, I did extensive blood and urine tests and they were all negative. The pain that I have is burning after urinating, pain while sitting, stabbing pains in the clitoris that come and go and a general soreness of the vaginal opening. My OBGYN is away for a month and my Family GP doesn t want to interfere. I don t know what to do but I am in too much pain to wait until my OBGYN is back in a month. Please help.

hi
thanks for placing your query on HCM I am glad to help you out.
It could be a bartholin cyst (produced due to enlargement of the bartholin gland which are present close to the entrance of the vagina. They are enlarged due to an obstruction in the opening of the gland produces a cyst. Another possibility is haemorrhoids (piles) or Sentinel pile with anal fissures.
some time a infected sebaceous cyst can causes such symptoms
I will suggest you to consult a surgeon and get yourself examined for the diagnosis and further treatment.
take tab acetaminophen for pain relief and maintain a good hygiene
plenty of fluids to keep yourself well hydrated and flush off your genitourinary tract.
hope this helps you.
Take care.
