What Causes Burning Urination And Red Bumps On The Penis Head?
I am 81. Yesterday noticed a burning on urination. Today, noticed a blood blister like area around the exit point of my penis about the size of a small pea. It is like it was pinched and a blood blister formed. No sexual activity that might cause this.....I am 81.

Hello,
It may be due to urinary tract infection.
For further assessment you may require complete hemogram, urine analysis after Urologist consultation.
You may require antibiotics after consultation.
You can apply hydrocortisone ointment locally.
For itching you can take tablet loratidine.
Watch for symptoms like penile discharge, abdominal pain
